YOGA AT THE POOL
WE’VE CREATED YOGA LESSONS BY THE POOL FOR YOU
HOW TO START YOUR DAY RIGHT
CLASSES WILL BE HELD WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 PARTICIPANTS. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY 6:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE AT RECEPTION.
CLASSES LAST APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES AND WILL CONSIST OF TRADITIONAL YOGA, INCLUDING AN INITIAL WARM-UP, A HALF-HOUR OF ASANAS (BASIC POSTURES), AND A LITTLE BASIC RELAXATION.
